AgileEngine in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Junior/Middle Computer Vision Engineer to support the AI team with large-scale image and video datasets. You will curate annotation workflows, run model training and evaluation jobs, and maintain benchmarks, collaborating with senior engineers on failure-case analysis.

This is an early-career role with a clear growth path into applied modeling or MLOps. You must have 1–3 years in software engineering, data science, or ML, and a degree in CS/Data

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, ML, or related field.
• Degree in CS/Data Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Engineers in the US must reside in Dallas, TX and be willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Curate large-scale image and video datasets, manage labeling workflows, ensure data quality.
• Run model training and evaluation jobs, ensure experiments run smoothly.
• Document training results, maintain evaluation benchmarks, track model performance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze failure cases and identify improvements.
• Own foundational tasks that support the AI/ML lifecycle for production deployments.
