Job summary

RAI seeks a Junior Compliance Officer to support a nationwide DHS/ICE/HSI/WSEU investigative contract, providing I-9 audit support and worksite enforcement activities. You will help review employment eligibility documents, perform database research, and prepare audit-ready case files and reports for enforcement actions.

The role requires data input, DHS database querying, and collaboration with Auditors and Criminal Investigators.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred but the minimum educational requirement is an Associate’s level degree.
Education preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or similar field.
Strong communication and analytical skills required.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred: auditing, investigations support, or law enforcement administrative support; familiarity with employment eligibility verification processes (I-9).

Responsibilities

Inputting and evaluating data.
Use DHS databases to run queries, prepare spreadsheets, and conduct research.
Assist Auditors and Criminal Investigators with evaluation of I-9 forms.
Assist with drafting audit reports and related documentation for enforcement actions.
Coordinate functions with Investigators and Auditors.
Perform administrative functions to ensure compliance with government location processes.
