About The Job

The Junior Compliance Analyst will participate in compliance and operations monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with compliance and internal control teams. The role involves ensuring that the firm and its employees conduct business in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Manage policy updates, postings, archiving, and the policy database.
• Evaluate transactional activity for suspicious behavior, including money laundering.
• Perform transaction monitoring alert reviews and sanctions hit reviews.
• Interpret and implement client operating policies regarding financial data.
• Identify data anomalies and red flags for illegal activities, escalating as needed.
• Research, draft, and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), exercising discretion and judgment.
• Execute account maintenance updates and process client lifecycle reports.
• Ensure compliance of client vetting data and documentation with regulations and policies.

What You’ll Bring With You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills.
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• ACAMS and/or SIE certification is a plus.
