Job summary

Hireverse is seeking an Entry Level Communications Representative to support the creation of messaging and materials for sales and retail events in Indianapolis. You’ll help plan presentations, proposals, scripts, and invitations while coordinating logistics for trade shows and conferences.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding, analyze event feedback, and stay current on trends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on creating communication materials for sales and retail events, including presentations, proposals, and scripts
• Support logistics coordination for retail events such as trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities

• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
• Analyze event feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
