Job summary

Blue Diamond Growers is seeking an entry-level Commercial Project Manager to lead defined projects from start to finish, with coaching as needed, across Marketing, Innovation, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance. You will build and drive integrated project plans, facilitate cross-functional teams and manage scope, timing and budgets to enable launches.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project management, commercialization or related cross-functional project experience.
• CPG experience strongly preferred; food and beverage experience a plus.
• Experience supporting or leading work involving multiple functions, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to build plans, organize complex information and drive work through completion.

Responsibilities

• Own defined commercialization and business projects from start through completion, including product renovations and line extensions.
• Build and drive integrated project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies and timing.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, facilitate meetings and ensure follow-through.
• Manage project scope, timing and budgets, identify risks and escalate when needed.
• Track risks, decisions and dependencies and determine practical paths forward.
• Lead projects through the Idea-to-Launch Stage Gate process with complete documentation.
• Communicate project health clearly, including progress, risks and business impact.
• Support higher-complexity projects to build exposure to senior stakeholders.
