Placements24 is helping a Welkom-based law firm recruit a Junior Commercial Litigation Attorney to support a busy disputes practice and gain hands-on experience under senior litigators, handling case preparation, research and client interaction.

The ideal candidate is admitted with 1–3 years of commercial litigation experience and strong research, writing, and communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 1–3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal pleadings, applications, and notices for commercial disputes.
