Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files.
