Job summary

You will service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, support senior technicians, and deliver professional customer service. This entry-level role is ideal for trade school graduates launching an HVAC career; you bring a solid technical foundation, safety mindset, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Trade school graduation preferred.
• HVAC experience from entry level to 2+ years.
• Universal Refrigerant Card required.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification required; further training may be needed.
• Broad knowledge of large commercial HVAC equipment.
• Understanding of single- and three-phase electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license or ability to meet Q compliance.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment.
• Assist senior technicians and provide customer service.
• Start systems, read gauges, adjust valves/controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect components.
• Follow safety procedures and document work orders.
• Record labor hours and complete required documentation.
