Job summary

Massage Envy Charlotte Northlake is hiring a customer-focused team member to help clients feel valued and understood while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail wellness setting.

You’ll educate clients on services, promote memberships, book appointments, respond to calls and emails, and support a welcoming clinic flow. Prior retail or sales experience is preferred; 18+ and HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask
• Excellent people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood
• Educate clients on Massage Envy services and promote Wellness Program
• Schedule and book services, answer phone calls, respond to emails and address questions
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts

Qualified Candidates

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
