Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage day-to-day client inquiries and maintain strong client relationships across Fund Accounting, Administration, and Custody offerings.

You will collaborate with internal teams, analyze trends, and support onboarding, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure high client satisfaction. Strong communication, adaptability, and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and pro-actively respond to client inquiries daily, keeping client up to date on status, and escalating to Sr. CSR as necessary
• Research, identify and elevate internal issues that may impact client servicing
• Work with internal departments to support client requests, deliverables and issue resolution
• Analyze inquiry trends and determine if training is required to help reduce or automate
• Meet with client contacts regularly to review pending items
• Prepare agendas, minutes and coordination of meetings, and review with your manager
• Meet with your manager and peers regularly to share insights and communicate to senior management when necessary
• Working with Supervisor, communicate product enhancements to clients and conduct training sessions
• Stay abreast of and utilize relevant internal technology solutions to manage client inquiries
• Coordinate regular demos with clients to teach them how to use the platform and reduce manual intervention
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve the client experience
• Understand your client's organizational chart to ensure you contact appropriate members to review items
• Participate in firm events and adhere to policies
