Job summary

Confluence in Pittsburgh is seeking a junior Client Consultant to support clients of one of our 30 software products focused on regulatory reporting. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, analyze client processes, translate requirements into design, and help implement effective solutions for investment management clients.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years in banking/fintech or internships, and strong Excel/SQL skills. CFA/CIPM/ITIL/FRM are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1-3 years of experience in banking or financial technology (or relevant internship/co-op experience).
Excel.
CFA, CIPM, ITIL or FRM is advantageous.
SQL.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business problem, analyze current processes, understand success criteria, translate into requirements, and assist in design to deliver the best implementation.
Assist across a wide range of stakeholders with strong communication, technology and analytical skills to deliver client solutions.
Support the delivery of solutions and implementations to meet client goals.
