Job summary

Confluence Financial Partners is seeking an entry-level Investment Analyst to support portfolio trading, perform investment due diligence, and manage critical financial databases. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial markets, and a bias for operational efficiency.

You will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operations Officer to ensure smooth trading and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
• Progress toward the CFP or CFA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate trade execution, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trades.
• Collaborate with Chief Investment Officer and Wealth Managers to implement trade strategies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of trade activities and provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Assist in performing due diligence on current and prospective investments and investment strategies.
• Work directly with the Chief Investment Officer to produce research reports and presentations for the Investment Advisory Committee.
• Maintain and update financial databases within Black Diamond and other related systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot database issues and implement solutions to enhance performance.

Confluence Financial Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an entry-level Investment Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting portfolio trading activities, performing investment due diligence and managing critical financial databases. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, an understanding of financial markets, and a keen eye for operational efficiencies.

The Investment Analyst will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operations Officer to ensure smooth trading and database management operations.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate trade execution, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trades.

Investment Analysis and Due Diligence

Salary: From $65,000
