Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking driven Civil Engineering students and recent graduates to join our team at our Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin locations. You will contribute to civil, municipal, land development and environmental projects, learning from experienced engineers while delivering high‑quality results on time and within budget.

You'll work in a team environment, draft reports, assist with specifications, and help select equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Up to two years of experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
• Good written and spoken communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil, municipal, land development and/or environmental engineering services using prescribed methods.
• Perform specific portions of broader assignments under supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Draft reports, assist with specifications and preliminarily select equipment.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
