Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking driven Civil Engineering students and recent graduates for positions at our Illinois offices. You’ll provide civil, municipal, land development, and environmental engineering services under guidance from senior staff, working closely with clients and project managers to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.

You’ll join a collaborative team, drafting reports, assisting with specifications, and selecting preliminary equipment while developing leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Recent grads or up to 3 years of experience welcomed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and organizational abilities are essential.
• Must be a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil, municipal, land development and/or environmental engineering services using prescribed methods.
• Perform specific portions of broader assignments under supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Apply standard practices and techniques, adjust data, and follow office procedures.
• Draft reports, assist with specifications, and make preliminary equipment selections.
• Collaborate with clients to obtain data and share information.
• Work in a team environment and grow leadership skills.
