Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
FE Exam passed or plan to by June 2027.
Internship experience in surveying, engineering, permitting, or construction observation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn, curiosity, self-motivation and organization.

Responsibilities

Work on site planning and design, problem-solving, and permitting assignments.
Draft figures, details, and plans.
Complete field work supporting design and construction projects.
Prepare design calculations and opinions of probable construction cost.
Prepare technical specifications, memoranda, reports, and project correspondence.
Apply design standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide construction-phase services, including construction observation.
Review shop drawings and submittals.
Create record plans.
Support infrastructure projects across the Northeast.
Assist projects from conceptual stages through design, permitting, bidding, and construction oversight.
