Job summary

Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. in Naples, FL seeks a Civil Engineer I to join our team on land/site development projects. The role involves creating civil designs, assisting with plans and reports, and performing computations using Civil3D and other software.

You will work with senior engineers and clients, developing technical skills and professional growth within a collaborative, path-forward organization. Entry-level friendly with EIT preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required at time of employment.
• EIT preferred; entry level with civil site development exposure is a plus.
• Experience with land/site development and drainage/BMP design is a plus.
• Proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD in professional or academic settings.
• Familiarity with reading construction plans and design software.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize initial civil design approaches for land/site development.
• Perform civil engineering work for assigned project phases.
• Assist with plans, specs, and reports development.
• Complete design work and calculations using computer-aided tools.
• Provide technical support including field investigations and design coordination.
