• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Michigan E.I.T. | FE certification or in the process of obtaining certification.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assesses feasibility and soundness of proposed site civil and development features.
• Prepares engineering analysis, design, calculations, drawings and reports for projects.
• Collaborates with landscape architects, planners and facility managers.
• Supports construction activities including RFIs, site visits and submittal reviews.
• Assists with technical proposals, cost estimates, and plans.
• Develops land use plans for reviews, permits and zoning compliance.
• Researches code issues and coordinates with city, state and county officials.
• Attends project meetings and stays current on regulations.
