Job summary

WSB seeks a Graduate Engineer to join a growing team on groundbreaking projects across the United States. The firm emphasizes culture, collaboration, and forward-thinking ideas while delivering municipal and infrastructure solutions.

You will contribute to project design, coordination and technical report writing, with opportunities to lead teams and manage budgets as you progress toward PE within two years. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Minnesota with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited school.
• FE exam and registration as Engineer-in-Training (EIT).
• 3+ years of qualified EIT experience and ability to qualify for a PE within 2 years.
• Experience in Municipal engineering or related field preferred.
• Proficiency reading construction plans and technical docs; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Play a role in project design and coordination.
• Collaborate with other groups/disciplines to deliver top quality projects and services.
• Perform design calculations, cost estimates, and plan preparation.
• Compile, write and edit technical reports, feasibility reports, letters, memos and specs for Municipal projects.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to meet time frames and budgets.
