Placements24's client is seeking a junior civil engineer to join their team in George. You will assist in design, site inspections, and documentation, gaining hands-on exposure across roads, drainage, and site development while collaborating with seasoned engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 0–3 years of relevant civil engineering experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist in design and development of civil projects including roads and drainage.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress for quality and specifications.
• Prepare technical docs, reports, and calculations under senior engineer guidance.
• Produce CAD drawings and plans for various tasks.
• Collaborate with project teams, attend site meetings, and support problem-solving.
• Assist in procurement and management of project resources as needed.
