Job summary

Placements24 is seeking bright Graduate Engineers to join our infrastructure team in George. This program provides a robust grounding in civil engineering with hands-on experience on local projects. You will contribute to design, planning, and execution of infrastructure developments.

You will work with seasoned engineers, gain exposure to diverse projects, and have mentorship to advance toward professional registration with ECSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Fundamental knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD) and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in George.

Responsibilities

• Support project engineers in design and planning of civil infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site inspections and assist with project supervision to meet specifications and timelines.
• Perform engineering calculations and use CAD software for drafting and design modifications.
• Collaborate with team members on project documentation, reports, and technical reviews.
• Assist in preparation of tender documents and cost estimations.
