Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is seeking entry-level civil engineers to join a multidisciplinary team in St. Louis, MO.

Under licensed PE supervision you will support construction, design and environmental compliance projects, gaining hands-on experience across phases from planning to inspection. You should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to work with contractors, engineers, and MSD staff on improving

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required or in final year with graduation on start date.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work with contractors and MSD staff.
• Familiarity with civil engineering principles and design processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist construction administration for collection system projects and facilities.
• Verify conformance to contract documents and review changes.
• Prepare technical reports on complex construction problems.
• Assist in design tasks for plans and specifications.
• Maintain records and prepare reports; perform related work as delegated.
• Perform field inspections and communicate with officials and the public.
