Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an Associate Designer to support the design and development of children’s apparel. This is a full-time, onsite temporary opportunity for an initial period of 2+ months, with an ASAP start.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of design experience and either previous children’s apparel experience or a strong interest in designing children’s products. Responsibilities include concept sketches, mood boards, color palettes, technical drawings, trend research, and

• 1-3 years of apparel design experience required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and development of children’s apparel from concept through product development.
• Create concept sketches, mood boards, color palettes, graphics, technical drawings, and product presentations.
• Conduct trend research to support seasonal collections and design direction.
• Assist with sample reviews, design revisions, and product updates.
• Collaborate with the Design and Product Development teams to support the execution of collections.
• Help maintain design materials, product details, and presentation files.
