Responsibilities include reviewing proposals, negotiating with brokers, managing new business and renewals, and supporting operations and claims when needed. Strong English/Spanish skills and a degree are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.

• Flexibility to work in a fast-moving, challenging environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Examine insurance proposals and evaluate background information to assess risk.
• Subscribe business per guidelines and determine best conditions to ensure profitability.
• Negotiate deals with brokers/agents and respond to quotation requests.
• Manage new business and renewal accounts; monitor monthly production.
• Ensure bound accounts are registered and production targets are tracked.
• Visit producers to attract prospects and build relationships.
• Interact with brokers, customers, and internal teams including claims and operations.
• Assist with policy issuance and claim interpretation when needed.
• Create endorsements requested by producers or required by special business.
• Present covers to insureds and prospects when needed.
