Job summary

Fulton is seeking a CAD Engineer I to produce accurate 2D/3D drawings and models for engineered systems in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain CAD data centrally using Autodesk Vault and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to optimize drawings and profitability.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, experience with Autodesk Inventor (SolidWorks acceptable), and optional programming or 3D printing familiarity to enhance design tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical preferred.
• Autodesk Inventor experience preferred (SolidWorks acceptable).
• Programming experience in any language (C, Visual Basic, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in 3D printing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D drawings and models for engineered systems.
• Maintain CAD data in Autodesk Vault with proper structure.
• Develop intelligent models/tools to shorten drawing creation time.
• Incorporate feedback from internal and external customers to improve processes.
