Job summary

Fulton in Pulaski, NY seeks a CAD Designer I to produce accurate 3D/2D drawings and manage Autodesk Vault data for engineered systems. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing to ensure on-time deliverables while upholding Fulton’s standards and values. The ideal candidate has an A.S.

in CAD or related field (B.S. preferred) and is experienced with CAD tools; Autodesk Inventor experience is a plus and a willingness to contribute to process improvements within a

Qualifications

• Autodesk Inventor experience preferred.
• 3 years parametric CAD modeling experience preferred.
• Technical A.S., CAD Certification, or B.S. preferred.
• Programming experience in any language (C, Visual Basic, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate drawings on schedule per requirements.
• CAD data maintained on Autodesk Vault with proper folder structure and naming policies.
• Create intelligent models and drawing tools to shorten creation time for drawings and documents.
• Incorporate feedback from internal and external customers and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
