Job summary

HRforGrowth seeks a detail-oriented Junior Buyer for Our Client, a rapidly growing packaging distributor in Lyndhurst, NJ. You will support product sourcing, maintain inventory levels, and secure favorable supplier terms to fuel growth.

You will negotiate pricing and delivery schedules, collaborate with sales and operations to ensure product availability, and maintain accurate purchasing records while helping identify supply risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate products from suppliers based on quality, availability, pricing, and company requirements.

The Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Buyer to support product sourcing and procurement activities. Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $54,000 – $68,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
