Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Business Analyst I, Systems & Business Solutions in Orlando to serve as a program-level liaison between operational teams and the Systems & Business Solutions department. You will support process documentation, requirements gathering, testing, reporting validation, and change implementation across recruiting and delivery operations.

The role develops strong working knowledge of core business processes, Bullhorn, and other systems used by assigned programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum two years of experience in recruiting, delivery operations, workforce solutions, business operations, operational support, reporting, or related experience.
• Experience working with business systems, ATS platforms, CRM systems, HR systems, reporting tools, or operational technology solutions.
• Strong documentation, organization, communication, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state processes, program-specific workflows, business rules, handoffs, and known exceptions.
• Assist with process mapping, gap identification, root cause analysis, and procedure updates.
• Maintain clear documentation so program knowledge is not dependent on one individual or informal team memory.
• Identify recurring issues that may require training, process correction, system review, reporting support, or formal escalation.
• Help convert frontline feedback into organized findings that can be reviewed and prioritized by leadership.
