Job summary

Vulcan Materials Company in the United States is seeking an entry-level Business Performance Analyst/Advisor I to support assigned areas by analyzing data, monitoring performance, and preparing reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

You will collaborate with divisional leaders to gather data, develop KPIs, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and communicate insights clearly to sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience in data analysis or business operations via internships or projects is desirable.
• Strong analytical mind and clear written/verbal communication are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SQL and Tableau are pluses.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing business performance data.
• Prepare reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
• Support monthly and quarterly forecast and budgeting processes.
• Contribute to KPI identification and performance monitoring activities.
