ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites across networks (JWICS, SIPRNET, NIPRNET, Extranet). The role emphasizes content management, UI expectations, and training for content managers to keep information current and accessible.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in business/technical field and has 1+ year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, management, or related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in business/management or related field; 3+ years if no degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced skills in Visio, Project, JIRA, Tableau, or SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Analysis SharePoint websites across multiple networks (JWICS, SIPRNET, NIPRNET, Extranet).
• Consolidate SharePoint sites and support training for content owners.
• Update the Analysis Home Page on both unclassified and classified networks.
• Provide training and consultation to content managers.
