Blackstone Talent Group seeks a Business Analyst I to join our Client's team in Cerritos, CA. The role emphasizes analytical support, data gathering, and the development or testing of policies and procedures to improve systems.

You will document business requirements, create case scenarios, and analyze data to identify trends, contributing to project planning from design through deployment while preparing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training or experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Detail oriented, creative and flexible.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business processes and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support through research, data gathering, interpretation and reporting.
• Assist in developing documenting business requirements and case scenarios for new or enhanced systems.
• Research data to identify trends or potential issues.
• Develop plans and proposals to address issues.
• Support project plans from design through testing, implementation and maintenance.
• Prepare written reports and verbal presentations summarizing objectives, conclusions and recommendations.
• Coordinate with division staff or project teams to meet objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
