Job summary

Ollie’s in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and IT, gathering, interpreting and documenting requirements for software implementations. You will partner with business stakeholders and the development team to ensure solutions align with key initiatives.

Responsibilities include process documentation, gap analysis, QA testing, SDLC governance, and presenting features to stakeholders. The role may require occasional after-hours work to support system releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Experience in UKG Pro and UKG Ready preferred.
• Experience in writing queries preferred.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners to implement, optimize, and enhance effective business solutions.
• Document current and new business processes and help identify issues for maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide solutions to problems through gap analysis with oversight from leadership.
• Perform quality assurance and testing and review results with leadership and developers.
• Present completed software features to stakeholders to validate functionality and support testing and acceptance.
