The Business Analysis – Junior, is primarily focused on the technical and content management aspects of the organization's web presence and internal tools. This role supports the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites across multiple networks to ensure information is current, accessible, and easy to use. The analyst also plays a key role in supporting the workforce by updating home pages, refining internal tools, and providing training and consultation to content managers.
