Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking a Systems Specialist II to assist in operating building automation systems and related controls. The role involves troubleshooting field cabinets, sensors, and devices, verifying IO assignments, and helping bring networks online.

The candidate should have 5 years of related experience or an Associate degree and be comfortable documenting tasks, communicating with senior technicians, and supporting customer demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of equivalent experience, vocational school, or an Associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in high-availability environments like data centers, hospitals, or government facilities.
• Familiarity with the Automated Logic product line and software suite is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; ability to document daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building-automation-system field cabinets, sensors, and related controls.
• Perform point-to-point checkout of end devices and verify IO channel assignments.
• Assist in bringing networks online and startup of systems.
• Document tasks and report to Albireo project team and Operations Supervisor.
• Provide project demonstration and training for customers.
