Position Summary

NE Capital is seeking motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Junior Brokers to join its Capital Advisory & Alternative Investments team in New York City.

This role is open to candidates with or without prior brokerage experience, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills, commercial drive, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

The Junior Broker will support client origination, financial analysis, and deal execution, working closely with senior professionals on live transactions involving private credit, alternative lending, and structured capital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, networking, and digital outreach
• Conduct initial client assessments to understand business structure, cash flow, and capital needs
• Support the structuring and presentation of capital solutions, including private credit and alternative funding
• Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the deal lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and transactions in the CRM
• Follow up consistently with prospects to advance opportunities through the pipeline
• Assist senior team members in deal execution, documentation, and closing processes
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance standards at all times
• Support additional commercial and advisory initiatives as assigned by leadership
