Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 1–3 years of process or plant engineering experience in GMP environments preferred.
• Exposure to biologics/pharma manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering design, commissioning, start-up, and operations for biologics systems.
• Assist with process engineering for equipment, utilities, automation, and facility systems.
• Support tech transfer and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Participate in CAPEX projects and start-up initiatives.
• Coordinate with external engineering firms, construction teams, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Technical Operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting process issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safety standards.
• Develop technical documentation and engineering reports.
