Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Process Engineer to support biologics manufacturing operations at a GMP-regulated facility in Wilson, NC. The role involves equipment startup, process implementation, manufacturing support, and CAPEX execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree and 4+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing with GMP experience, and must be onsite in Wilson, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on chemical/biochemical/mechanical disciplines.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/manufacturing environments, GMP exposure.
• Experience supporting GMP-regulated operations and equipment startup.
• Experience with CAPEX projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support for biologics manufacturing operations in a GMP environment.
• Support startup, commissioning, and readiness activities for new equipment.
• Participate in CAPEX projects from design through startup and handover.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Validation, Quality, Automation, and Maintenance teams.
• Develop and review process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to improve reliability and quality.
