Labcorp in Madison, WI seeks a Study Coordinator I - Bioanalytics to support data analytics, client communication, and study reporting. The role includes coordinating with clients on data transmission, reporting scope, and finalization of study reports.

The position requires a bachelor’s in a scientific field and 2+ years of data analytics experience; preferred is 3+ years and spreadsheet reporting experience. This is a day-shift, Monday–Friday role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field (e.g. biology, chemistry, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with clients regarding study progress and reporting.
• Review and approve client data transmission specifications.
• Address client comments and queries on data tables and reports.
• Participate in study-related meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with clients on report format requirements and transmission processes.
• Collaborate on new service requests or changes to reporting scope.
• Serve as primary client contact.
• Represent Bioanalytical Study Coordination in client visits, audits, and inspections.
• Support studies for key clients.
• Prepare and finalize study reports.
• Create data tables; report results to clients.
• Involve in QC/QA reviews of data and reports.
• Deliver results and study reports to clients.
• Obtain client approval for finalization.
