The role focuses on data systems Pristima and Watson, while driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to meet timelines and budgets.

Bachelor’s degree required with CRO experience; 5 years in safety assessment and 2+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (e.g., biological sciences, technical writing, business management).
• 5 years’ work experience, preferably in a CRO setting, in safety assessment and supervisory experience.
• 4 years’ experience with Data Management system: Pristima and Watson or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates a team of account or data associates.
• Leads internal audit program execution and process improvements.
• Oversees data management setup and delivery in Pristima and Watson.
• Manages workload, staffing and resources to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensures compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
