Qualifications

• 2+ years of BI/Analytics experience at growth companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight or similar.
• Strong data visualization and accounting for data governance and ETL basics.

Direct Hire

Location: Dallas 75244 (near LBJ Freeway and Dallas North Tollway)

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Interview process: 2 rounds (1st round virtual; 2nd round onsite)

The Intersect Group is seeking a BI Analyst/Developer for our direct client, where you will join the technology team and serve as one of the company’s Tableau, SQL and Snowflake developers. This role will support technology and business intelligence initiatives to deliver optimal returns on investment in coordination with the organization’s goals and core values with a focus on a “customer service” orientation. Areas of responsibility include data management, development, database design, end user reporting and analytics needs as well as project prioritization and management.

Requirements
