Job summary

Snap-On Tools in Libertyville, IL seeks a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise reporting and data integration. You will help develop and support SAP BO reporting, monitor Data Services jobs, and perform data quality checks to ensure reliable daily operations.

You’ll engage with business users to gather requirements, test reports, and manage schedules and access, while contributing to ETL development and data warehouse design in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, or related field; master’s considered equivalent to 1 year experience.
• Minimum 2 years with SAP Business Objects WebI Reporting and Universe design or similar tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and exposure to relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle/SAP HANA).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BO reports using Web Intelligence and Universe Design Tool.
• Monitor report schedules and troubleshoot basic failures or delivery issues.
• Monitor SAP Data Services ETL jobs and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with ETL development, testing, and validation of ETL changes.
• Perform routine data quality checks and work with users to gather requirements.
