GrowthEdge Corp in Idaho is hiring a junior Business Intelligence Analyst to build, test, and deploy RAG services that keep our business running. The salary range of $47,000–$69,000 annually shows we value ownership and a hands-on approach to analytics.

You'll work with Snowflake and NumPy, break down large initiatives into deliverable steps, and collaborate across product and design teams to ship features end-to-end.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience backing your own estimates.
• Strong Snowflake knowledge and hands-on NumPy experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Reduce cold-start times for statistical modeling to speed up operations.
• Break large tech initiatives into deliverable chunks for Pocatello.
• Own NumPy platform work for the next ID expansion.
• Own the NumPy release planned by leadership.
• Write RAG integration tests to catch regressions before release.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end.
• Deliver RAG rewrite to reduce accumulated technical debt.
