The role emphasizes learning, proper drink preparation, bar setup, guest interaction, and adherence to service standards. A flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine interest in learning cocktails, spirits, and mixology.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with high presentation standards.
• Willing to work flexible nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mix and serve cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks under supervision.
• Assist in drink preparation, garnishing, and maintain recipe accuracy.
• Help with bar setup, stock supplies, and keep workspace clean.
• Greet guests, present menus, and suggest drinks based on preferences.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and assist with glassware washing.
• Expand knowledge of spirits and mixology; follow alcohol laws.
