ManpowerGroup in Charlotte, NC seeks a Jr Azure Data Engineer (Cloud Resiliency) with 3–4 years of hands-on IT experience to coordinate data pipelines and disaster recovery testing across a portfolio of 20–30 Azure applications. This 6-month W2 contract requires AZ-900, AZ-104, and AZ-305 certifications and a hybrid onsite arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on IT, Data, or Technical Systems experience in a Junior Data Engineer, Technical Analyst, or Cloud Administrator role.
• Must hold active Azure certifications AZ-900, AZ-104 and AZ-305.
• Ability to coordinate and validate data pipeline resiliency and DR testing cycles across multiple cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end disaster recovery and data resiliency testing for 20–30 Azure cloud applications.
• Support cloud migration preparations and assess application architectures for Azure.
• Serve as the central technical point of contact among owners, data engineers, infrastructure, security, and business partners.
• Facilitate data test planning sessions, readiness reviews, and post-testing retrospectives.
• Collect and track testing evidence and regulatory readiness data for compliance.
• Maintain cloud application inventory, dataset metrics, and program dashboards.
