Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build internal tooling to improve developer productivity and velocity.
• Spot deeply technical Python anti-patterns before review.
• Ship Redis fixes to Realty Partners Group customers in Fort Worth, TX.
• Refactor the technology module the team has been avoiding.
• Scale Emotional Intelligence services from Fort Worth pilot to TX-wide rollout.
• Own the junior Python workstream that unblocks the Fort Worth roadmap.
