Job summary

The Maintenance Technician role at Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is an entry-level position supporting a team that services vehicles. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain brakes, alignments, suspensions, and electrical systems while performing oil changes and tire maintenance. Full and part-time benefits start from day one.

Pay ranges from $14.52 to $21.78 per hour with on-the-job training and potential ASE certifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
