You will document findings with photos, assist with diagnostics, follow safety procedures, and engage in ongoing training. A strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential for growth from junior to advanced technician roles.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years automotive experience or relevant training
• Ability to follow procedures, torque specs, and safety standards
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check; may require state inspector license
• Able to work standing, bending, and lifting up to 70 pounds; noisy shop environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow professionally

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and basic-to-intermediate repairs (oil changes, tire work, brakes, cooling system services).
• Conduct multi-point and digital vehicle inspections, documenting findings with photos and measurements.
• Assist with basic diagnostics, escalating complex issues to senior technicians.
• Follow repair procedures, safety standards, and state inspection guidelines where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment, properly using tools and PPE, and reporting hazards.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to team members and customers.
• Collaborate with team, accept coaching, and participate in ongoing training.
