Qualifications

• 0–2 years automotive experience or equivalent training in a shop.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety standards.
• Willingness to accept coaching and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Basic proficiency with shop tech and inspection tools.
• Possess and use basic tools necessary for the role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform Multi‑Point and Digital Vehicle Inspections and document findings.
• Complete maintenance and entry‑level repairs (oil, filters, brakes, tires, etc.).
• Handle tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and related wear‑item work.
• Assist with basic diagnostics and escalate complex issues to senior tech.
• Follow repair procedures, torque specs, and post‑repair checks.
• Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections where applicable.
• Communicate findings and repair status to managers and advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper PPE usage.
• Collaborate with team and participate in ongoing training.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
