Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrollment in BS Engineering or related field.
• Foundational programming, software development, and control system concepts.
• Exposure to SCADA and HMI applications, including Rockwell systems.
• Exposure to industrial data acquisition tools such as IBA.
• Exposure to general networking concepts and industrial network equipment.
• Exposure to PLC concepts or platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, or GE.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in maintaining a zero-incident safety culture.
• Assist with evaluating E&A equipment including PLCs, drives, and software.
• Support the development of contract specifications for E&A projects focusing on safety and uptime.
• Contribute to team communication and provide updates to management.
• Assist in troubleshooting and reviewing manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Learn process network layouts and plant interfaces with IT and engineers.
• Help maintain backup systems for automation software and project records.
• Support improvement actions to enhance E&A performance.
• Assist with diagnosing equipment problems and preventing recurrence.
• Promote teamwork and open communication in continuous improvement programs.
• Interact with vendors, customers, and employees at all levels.
