Job summary

You will assist in designing basic control systems, create HMI and PLC components, and support testing and startup activities as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Equivalent related experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, creates basic instrumentation, controls and related systems designs using 3D and 4D drafting programs.
• Reviews simple component level shop drawings.
• Creates basic human–machine interface (HMI) designs, PLCs, reports, etc.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Assists with testing and startup of instrumentation, controls and related systems.
