Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:****Key Competencies**· Technical curiosity and willingness to learn from senior engineers and skilled trades.· Strong attention to detail when working with electrical systems, controls logic, and machine documentation.· Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical team members.· Sense of urgency when supporting production downtime or equipment-related issues.· Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Work Environment and Physical Requirements· Work is performed in both office and automotive manufacturing plant environments.· May be exposed to noise, moving equipment, heat, fumes, dust, and other conditions commonly found in manufacturing operations.· Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and access equipment areas as needed.· Will be required to wear personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, steel-toe shoes, and other equipment as required by the work area.· May require occasional overtime, off-shift, weekend, or on-call support based on production and project needs.**Work Authorization**Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
